Diane received the follow letter from Ramona Sierra who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who also works with mustangs. Ramona uses the mustangs in her practice while treating patients of all ages using Cranio-sacral therapy. Ramona put on a workshop at Diane's place in May of this year and worked extensivley with Wyomie. What she brought out in that animal had 12 of us sobbing in tears as we all felt the fear and pain and loneliness inside of Wyomie.
Ramona says:
"Friends,
I had the opportunity to work with Wyomie in May of this year. she taught the workshop so much about love, fear, and compassion. The experience Diane relays is so true...I stood in the presence of this amazing mare and sobbed from the trauma she emitted aswell. She told us her story through her eyes, her spirit, and her body. She has an elegance about her that is rare, pure, and majestic. She has taught us an enormous amount about the importance of unbroken spirits for equines, humans, and all beings. I am forever in gratitude for what she has taught us through her experience.
what we learned about her experience with post traumatic stress syndrome will be useful in our work in treatment of humans and animals with this condition.
